Andrew Jackson
Hero or Zero? Obviously a big Zero. :(
The Trail of Tears
Andrew Jackson decided to remove the Indian from their land only because there was gold, fertile soil and many crops on their land. He did so even after the Indians (Cherokee) had their own self government, and even their own laws. Not only was Jackson told to leave the Indians alone, but he still declared so. Who would rather care about riches, then innocent human lives?

The Spoils System
Andrew Jackson rewarded people who were his official supporters with government jobs... This could be considered unconstitutional because it could not be fair to others especially, people who were not his supporters.

The Nullification Crisis
South Carolina disliked the Tarriff of both 1826 and 1832. They refused to pay it since they thought it was unconstitutional.
Andrew Jackson Political Cartoon
Andrew Jackson was featured in this cartoon for many reasons. He severely abused his powers by vetoing every single bill that came his way.. He also ignored the constitution, and was described as a king for all the actions he was doing unconstitutional. He should of been named king monarchy instead of king Andrew the first.....
