ALAR- Mandy Randall
Increasing collaboration- attending grade level meetings.
What is my overall goal?
I am working on collaboration with teachers; Making surveys and curriculum connections.
Goal is that teachers are comfortable with planning with me as an extension of their classroom.
What did I do to work toward this goal?
- Created a curriculum connection. The curriculum connection is a worksheet that teachers as a grade level will fill out monthly to help special areas teacher know what is going on in their classroom.
- Planning Schedule- I created a planning schedule to help me and the teacher know when I will be attended grade level meetings.
- Planning Sheet- I made a planning sheet that I will complete during meetings.
- Teacher Survey- I sent out a survey asking teachers for feedback. I have not collected them all yet.
- Pulled resources
- Collaborate with other special area teachers.

Grade Level Planning Worksheet
I created a "planning sheet" for me to use during grade level planning. I feel that this might change through out the year.
Planning Schedule
I created a schedule to help me let the teachers know when I will attend meetings. I had to give up a few planning times.
