Parent Help Needed - Return Completed Forms to Your Child's Teacher!

Classroom incentives are awarded for classes who return 100% of their needed school forms - A 'Bubble Party!' Today Mrs. Blanzy's and Mrs. Rimas' class enjoyed their reward!

This year students were asked to return the (yellow) Emergency Card - which we keep in our clinic to provide immediate information to our health aides/office staff when dealing with sick or injured children. The white form entitlted, "Forms Completed" is a checklist that parents sign stating that you've gone onto PowerSchool and reviewed/updated your family contact information as needed and checked off whether or not your family elected the Device Insurance option. Teachers have been sending home second copies as they are not being return. So far only three classrooms have reached 100% (Rimas, Nader and Blanzy).

Please Write Last Names on Student Belongings!

Every season our LOST & FOUND fills up! When I show students sweatshirts, sweaters, hats, ect . . . they always say, "that's not mine!" Please write the last name in every article of clothing that can be removed (jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies) and lunch boxes, so that we can swiftly return items to owners and they don't linger in our Lost and Found . . . It's a sad pile of things . . .
