Safety Audit Concerns - REQUIRED READ
I have asked the team to come out again from now until the end of the year to reassess our doors for a third time. This message has been in this newsletter for months. If there is somethings in the district provided messages about classroom, office, or storage doors you do not understand, please let me know as soon possible.
Officer Riddick, Donna, Todd Smith, and I will be conduct random checks throughout the day to ensure that every and all doors are locked throughout campus.

Safety Reminders - All Doors and Gates should be locked at all times - no exception anywhere
2. All interior doors must be locked at all times - classroom doors may be open if occupied, but still should remain locked.
3. ID badges must be worn at all times.
4. During parent lunch visits, student friends or other family members are not allowed to move and sit with the visitors - if you have any questions, please let me know.
5. Continue to know how each and every one of your students leave each and every day.

STAFF SHOUT-OUTS!
Shout-out to Megan Henry, Jordan Boone, Renee Fisher, and the rest of the staff and parents who supported Science Olympiad over the past couple of months. Our varsity team placed 2nd and JV team placed 3rd - we also had lots of individual medalists.
Shout-out to Anna Auerbach for her continued work as our Title I Tutor - she keeps a healthy pace with all the different groups she sees and does a great job helping them grow.
Shout-out to Nelida Nunes for helping with newly enrolled parents last week during Program Choice registration week. Also, thanks to Mrs. Wilburn and Mrs. Boswell for their help in the office balancing all the coming and going of people.
