Dear Parents,

We are happy to announce our partnership with nationally renowned software provider, Hotlunch.com to implement our online lunch order administration. The menu is now available on our new software allowing you to sign up and order lunches. Families interested in ordering hot lunch must register for the HotLunch.com Ordering Program. You are not automatically enrolled as was the case with OptionC. The deadline for the October online order is Tuesday 9/27 by 11:00 PM. We realize it is shorter notice than usual however we did not want to postpone lunch another month.

The following are upgrades from the previous ordering program:

• Ability to order using a user-friendly iOS app anytime from the 5th to the 27th of the month.
• All orders require payment of credit/debit card at time of ordering and are processed immediately.
• One payment will be applied for the entire family. No need to input separate payments per child.
• Credit/Debit Card fee charged by the banks is 3.0%. There is an annual $7.00 fee to register your family for software use. Please understand that these fees are charged by the vendor and banks to cover their costs. The $7.00 fee will be billed once you actually make a payment. You will not be charged if you register to just review the program.
• Easier menu preparation system process for STEAM Pub. STEAM is now able to offer two size options for select menu items. It can also identify “Gluten Free” selections on the menu.
• Online ordering for drinks. White milk, chocolate milk and Capri Sun. These items are also offered at our Snack Table.
• Weekly system generated emails (on Saturdays) reminding you what you ordered for that week.

Please log in at https://olgclunchorder.ahotlunch.com/login and sign up for an account so you can order lunch for your children. After you activate your account, you will need a school code to add your children. Your school code for the new software is: olgc
