The Saber Sentinel
"In partnership with our community, each and every student will achieve post-secondary success through authentic learning experiences in an environment that values equity and fosters growth in a diverse world."
April 17, 2020
Dear Colleagues,
The Saber Sentinel is back! One of the things we’ve received positive feedback on this year is around communication and access to information. The Saber Sentinel serves as a good resource with links to useful information for you and we are happy to get it up and running again.
I continue to be impressed with the amazing work that is happening across our school community. Although we do not know definitively what the remainder of the year holds, I know you are doing your absolute best to connect with students, build relationships, and provide the best educational experience possible.
I hope you are finding a way to balance work and your personal life. Even though taking our work home with us is nothing new, it can be a struggle to keep the two separate when we don’t have the physical distance between school and home. I’m struggling a bit with that myself. My advice is find something in the evening to look forward to. I’ve never been a big streaming TV binge watching kind of guy. Typically it’s mostly sports, but we’ve found a couple we really like. We just finished Jack Ryan and yes, Tiger King was one of them too.
So, all you cool cats and kittens, have a fantastic weekend and I look forward to seeing some of you soon at academy meetings.
Thanks and take care!
Jeff
