1st Grade Dyslexia Screening
All 1st grade students were screened for dyslexia. A Dyslexia Screening Follow-up letter will be sent to all 1st grade parents this week.
Lost & Found
If you think your student misplaced his/her coat at school, have him check our Lost & Found.
The Lost & Found items are in our foyer and will remain there on the day of our Valentine parties. If you plan to attend, be sure to look through it!
Unclaimed items will be donated on the week of Spring Break.
February is Kindness Month!
Mrs. Figg is encouraging students to make the world a better place by spreading a little light around. A "chain reaction" of kindness is growing in our foyer!
ADA - STRIVE for 95, but 98 is GRRRRRRREAT!
ADA stands for Average Daily Attendance. Average Daily Attendance is defined as the total days of student attendance divided by the total days of instruction. Check out SGE's ADA trends in the chart above.
We're going to "STRIVE FOR 95!" while also knowing that "98 IS Great!" We recognize that illnesses and events take place that necesitate absences, however, we do encourage every student to be in school every day he/she is able. Let's work for 98%!
