What it looks like?
The Joe Pye Weed is as tall as 3 dogs stacked up. It can be 2-7 feet tall. It was named from a Native American healer who used this plant to heal people form sicknesses like the flu. The flower head is 1/3 in. wide. The leaf shape looks like a bathtub.
When and where does it bloom?
- It blooms in the northeast, southeast and midwest
