What's happening this month?
October is National Bully Prevention Month and Red Ribbon Week! Guidance lessons this month will focus on bullying prevention and drug awareness. In the younger grades, we talk about "friendly bugs", "bother bugs", and "bully bugs". For the older grades, we are focusing on how to be an up-stander and cyberbullying.

I am so excited to begin my 12th year as a school counselor! I grew up in Colleyville and graduated from GHS (go Mustangs)!! I have taught fourth grade and was a counselor in Arlington for 8 years. My husband, Chris, and I moved back to Grapevine 3 years ago with our two boys, Jackson (4th grade) and Carter (2nd grade). I love to read, bake, and spend time with my family!
