Media Center News
Please go over the "over due" list with your students. There are way too many books that are over due from students. All books must be returned no later than May 8th. I have placed a new list of these students in your boxes. I have started doing my inventory and weeding out books and resources. The items that are to be discarded will be on the first round table in the Media Center. Please look through the items and take what you would like.
Thank you to those teachers who turned in your Title I forms!
I was able to observe two classrooms integrating technology with their lessons. Mrs. Kelsey's students were using their own devices to complete a map as they located the biomes in North America and the world. Mr. Brown was using kahoot.com to administer a quiz to his students. The students were able to see their results immediately and which questions they had missed. It was great to see the students engaged and having fun while learning. Kudos to you two!!!

A huge shout out goes to Mrs. Ayers for sharing Blendspace with me. Blendspace is a free resource to create individual classes and organize resources for that class, assess students with quizzes added to the class site, and you can track and monitor student progress. Blendspace is a great resource to use when differentiating in your classroom!
