Amount of Sleep
How much sleep do you get? An average teenager should get about nine hours of sleep at least each night. Lacking this amount of sleep can lead to severe mood swings, reckless driving, bad decisions, not trying your hardest in school, sports, clubs etc, and have lots of anger issues.
Mood Swings
One main factor of mood swings, contributes to the loss of sleep. When you don't get at least nine hours of sleep, you become grumpy, angry, stuck up, and can't focus on work.
