December Updates
As we start December, Hallie Wells continues to be a place to grown and learn. Our mission is to create a community that empowers every student to inquire, inspire, and innovate. This week we celebrated our 1st quarter honor roll students. Hats off to our many students who worked diligently to achieve at a high level.
Mr. Stevens and Ms. Kreinbrook took students to The Karen Noonan Center owned by The Chesapeake Bay Foundation for a three day residential field program. The center is situated on 20 acres of marsh in southern Dorchester County, Maryland. Students explored the Bay and investigated its ecosystem.
Mr. Thornett’s TV classes put together a video for the Honor Roll celebration. It includes highlights of 1st quarter as well as student-created Public Service Announcements. http://viewpure.com/4F14T1jFJ2U?start=0&end=0
