Earlier this year the US Women's National Soccer Team (USWNT) not only won the 2015 FIFA wold cup but they broke TV records while doing it. The final game was the most watched soccer game. Even though they did all that they only got paid $2 million, thats four times less than the $8 million the men's teams that lost in the first round got payed.
The 14th Amendment
The 14th Amendment says "shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States".
Fifa is taking away the players right of equal pay. The Constitution says they're not allowed to take away the privileges.
