Please Help!
District 4 and the IDPH require that individuals self-certify that they are free of symptoms before entering school buildings. The daily student self-certification must be done each day for each student in your household by 8:00 AM. Please remember to log in to your Skyward Family Access Portal online or using the app to complete the daily student self-certification. Please see the instructions and videos below.
*Self-Certification must be done by a parent or guardian by asking each student in your household the self-certification questions and submitting on Skyward by 8:00.
Attendance Awards
As a result, we have started an attendance recognition system at Army Trail to recognize each family's hard work. Starting next week, certificates will be mailed home to recognize attendance during the first trimester, September 1 through November 13. Students that have met the criteria will be recognized in one of the following three categories.
- Certificate of Attendance - Student achieving between 90 and 94% attendance
- Excellence in Attendance - Students achieving between 95 and 99% attendance
- Perfect Attendance - Student achieving 100% attendance
Be on the lookout for these very special packages!
Asynchronous Time Explained
International Travel
As we prepare for hybrid students to return back to school beginning on Tuesday, January 19, we would like to remind families regarding our safety protocol for international travel. For students who have traveled outside the country over winter break or plan on traveling, the student must quarantine for 14 days beginning the day after the student arrived back to the United States BEFORE they can attend school in person. This precaution is done to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff. This guidance also follows the CDC guidance regarding COVID-19. If you have any questions, please contact the office.
