AP Testing Schedule and Instructions
Below is the schedule for AP Testing location and times. Test times begin for morning sessions at 8:00 am and for afternoon sessions at 12:00 pm. We recommend arriving at the mentioned times listed in the attached schedule. Tests can range from 2-3 hours. These are the dates and times set by College Board and must be adhered to. If your student arrives after their assigned 8:00 am or 12:00 pm start time, they are subject to be turned away from testing. Students must stay in testing area until all tests have been completed or time allotment has finished.
Only in select situations (school administered event, death in family, medical, etc.) can a student be administered a late test and prior notice must be given for a late testing date.
Student materials may vary by test, but we recommend the following for every test. Select tests may ask for specific items such as a calculator.
- Comfortable and adjustable clothing if the room is too hot or cold.
- Number 2 pencils (sharpened and at least 2 pencils)
- Identification to verify student
- Students can bring a snack but please be wary of other individual's allergies
- Electronic devices (phones, smart watches, etc.) must be left out of the testing area and will not be able to be accessed until AFTER the test. Even during break, students that access electronic devices will be dismissed and AP score will be eliminated.
- Confidence and readiness to test. We believe you will do great!
Any change to this aforementioned schedule will be communicated with teachers, parents and students in case of emergency. On days of testing, students will have the option to be excused from school that day but will be responsible for transportation and arriving to the testing area on time. This optional excusal will be regardless of AM or PM testing to best prepare and destress our students and create the optimal testing environment.
Please click on the attachments below for the AP Testing Schedule and Exam Day Materials.
