Join us for the annual springtime tradition of Maple Sugaring. We'll explore the nature trails and participate in the process of making maple syrup! Following this, we'll enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast with real maple syrup!

We will meet by the awning outside of Golisano (GAC) at 9:30 AM. Remember to bring your cameras as well as clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. About Maple Sugaring Weekend
A springtime tradition in Western New York, Maple Sugaring explores the science and history of maple syrup production. As you walk through the trails of Cumming Nature Center, learn how a tree makes sap and the witness the historical techniques of how this sap has been made into maple syrup, from the early pioneer days to modern times. Highlights include a 100 percent pure maple syrup tasting in the sugarhouse, and a pancake meal in the visitors center!
