Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living
Recipe Guide & Grocery List
Welcome!
Here's your recipes & shopping List for the month. Everything will make sense if you follow the recipes by week because each weeks grocery lists correspond with that weeks recipes.
Please NOTE: These are meant to be HELPFUL suggestions to make your learning process quicker and easier. Do NOT feel like following these recipes is a MUST! You are totally allowed to eat whatever meals you wish...as long as you are remaining true to the "avoid" list, all is well!
Most of the recipes are intended to feed a family of 4, please note the "servings" in the top left corner of each recipe. If you are cooking for 1, you may want to only pick 3 of the meals and eat the leftovers later in the week.
One of the keys to this challenge is being prepared! Plan your meals out for the week so you don't have to guess what to eat or feel pressured to order take out! Feel free to ask questions about anything! We're here to help.
Please note: it is VERY important that everyone associated with this 30 Days to Healthy Living program allows this information to maintain its integrity and usefulness within the Arbonne community. We ask that you Please DO NOT send this information out to anyone that is not FULLY committed to every aspect of this program. DO NOT send out the documents, especially the recipes & shopping lists to anyone who is not participating. Thank you!

Couple of things I wanted to share with you about your meals...please know that you can season these to your liking. Don't go crazy on the sea salt or anything, but they are under-seasoned on purpose.
All of these can be made family friendly for those that aren't following the detox with you..
If you have a really crazy day and don't have tons of time to cook, one of our simple go-to dinners is a rotisserie chicken (only from Sprouts or Whole-Foods!) and a big salad. Another easy one is using the brown rice cakes, cover with hummus, add chicken, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Just wanted you to have some easy ideas too!
