End of the Day Plan Changes

Please be sure to always include the office staff when emailing teaches regarding changes in the end of school plan for your child! In the event you need to pick your student up prior to dismissal, we ask that you do so before 3:40 p.m. Emailing teachers and office staff regarding an early dismissal is very helpful to all.

The OPE raffle is back!

The PTA is so excited to bring back Oakley Park's fantastic fundraiser. All of the kids were given information packets, tickets to sell, and three turn in envelopes (for the next 3 Fridays) this past Friday, September 24.

Our first turn in date is Friday, October 1st.

Take a look at the information and encourage your owl to participate at the level which is comfortable for your family. There are lots of different ways to sell tickets. We have some fantastic prizes for overall sellers, top classroom sellers, and kids who sell at least $40 worth of tickets to help us reach our fundraising goal. This is our one big fundraiser for the year and we have lots of great educational and social activities planned that we need to support.

Please note, the packet does state the drawstring bag will be included with the tickets however they are still on their way (as it seems everything is taking a little longer these days). We will pass out the bags with the new OPE t-shirts in mid-October, and every student will receive both no matter what level of participation they have in the raffle.

In 2019 we set a new record for raffle ticket sales - let's break it again!

Sincerely,

Jessica Maurer, PTA President
