Intro

Sugar is used everywhere. It is in donuts, apples, and coffee. Sugar is made out of sugar cane. It is delicious and loved by most people.

What is Sugar

" Sugars are also composed of glucose, fructose, and galactose. Sugar is a sweet food which can be added and is naturally found.

Is Sugar Good or Bad for You?

Natural sugar, in fruits and other natural foods, is perfectly good for us. Sugar also bakes well and converts energy quickly. Although, it lacks nutrition and can cause bacteria in your stomach. Another use is that, sugar is plant based, which means that sugar isn't processed. Another harm is that, they have more calories than sugar alternatives or sweeteners. This means that how much sugar you eat is your choice.

Sugar can be used for various food such, donuts, poptarts, chips, apple, rice, tomato, etc. It is what makes up 10% or less of the food we eat.
