1:00-3:00 Results Coaching
Great Room
In the afternoon, teachers-leaders and coaches will have an opportunity to continue a series of sessions with Natalie Szakacs from NIET to build their coaching toolbox.
This session will review some from last time and set the need: Do we (when we are in the coaching role) know we have prepared for coaching? How do we know if our “preparedness” is impacting the quality of our coaching? We will be specifically digging into the elements of a coaching plan. (Results Coaching) The goal is for each attendee to identify personal coaching strengths as it relates to the elements of a coaching plan and set a goal to grow in one area.
