What Is The Paleo Diet?
It's a diet that based off of the foods that mankind would've eaten during the paleolithic era. They would eat meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. This diet excludes dairy and/or grain products and processed foods.
When was the Paleo Diet Created?
In 1975, a gastroenterologist, Walter Voegtlin, hinted the idea of a paleo diet in one of his books. Then in 1985, the diet was further developed by Stanley Boyd Eaten and Melvin Konner. However, the diet wasn't popularized until Loren Cordain published his book, The Paleo Diet.
