For car riders, we use a Visor Tag System. If you need additional visor tags, please email Mrs. Kirincich.

Please read our volunteer protocol. Take note that the requirements are different based on if you are a one time volunteer or repeat volunteer.
Reminder:
If there is a change to your child's dismissal plan you must contact the office. Please do not contact your child via their phone or watch to relay the change, we can only honor a change in dismissal plans if the front office is contacted.

Picture Day - 9/12
This is a prepay site and ordering will be closed at Midnight the day of Picture Day, 9/12, to process the orders.

If parents miss prepaying they will have a chance to order pictures with their child's Ticket Code. When placing an order after Picture Day with a Ticket Code a shipping fee will be added on and picture packages will be shipped directly to the home.
Ticket Codes will be delivered with the bulk picture package order approximately three weeks post Picture Day.

Calling all 5th grade students! This year you have the chance to join our 5th grade choir. The choir program will run from late September through May, with our first rehearsal being Tuesday, September 27th. All 5th grade students are welcome to join!

PICTURE DAY VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for parents to help with Picture Day on Monday 9/12. If you’d like to help, please click on the link and sign up for one the slots.
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT AT THE ARCADA
Bell Graham will be hosting a Family Movie Night at the Arcada on Thursday September 29th. We will be viewing Disney Pixar's Coco. Doors open at 4pm. Movie starts at 5 PM. The cost is $10 per family. Please purchase tickets in our square store by Monday 9/26. Concessions will be available for purchase. This is NOT a drop off event.

5TH GRADE FAMILIES

FALL FEST FUNDRAISER
Tis the season for some Fall festive fun! Bell Graham and Windy City Acres Farm are partnering up for a fundraiser. Whether you would like to spice up your outside decor with some colorful Mums, beautiful fall floral arrangements or treat yourselves to some yummy fall treats of apple cider donuts, freshly baked pies and homemade honey, we are making it easy with just a click of the link below to order any of these fall items for your home and families. You can purchase some pumpkins as well! We will be running this pre-sale event through September 18th!
All items purchased will be delivered to Bell Graham the week of September 19th to be picked up at school. We are super excited for this fundraiser and we hope you all are too! Baked items also include vegan and gluten free options. Baked goods can also be donated to the Fall Fest for our fabulous and famous cake walk that will take place on Friday, October 14th at Windy City Acres Farm. The fest will run from 3:30 to 7 p.m that evening. More details to come.

LUNCH WITH A LOVED ONE
Come join your kiddo for lunch! Each student is allowed to have ONE guest come and join them for lunch on a special day of your choosing. Please bring lunch for only yourself and your student. No advance notice is required, but please bring your Driver’s License to be scanned when you arrive for lunch.
BOOK CLUBS
Calling all readers grades 2-5! This fall we will be having one book club for 4th and 5th graders and a second book club for 2nd and 3rd graders. Both will be meeting Wednesdays after school until 3:30. The 4th and 5th graders will start on Wednesday, September 14th and go through Wednesday, October 19th. We will be reading 'Flora & Ulysses' by Kate DiCamillo. The 2nd and 3rd graders will be reading 'the Underdogs' by Tracey West and will start on Wednesday, October 26 and run through Wednesday, November 16th. For both groups it is not necessary to start the book ahead of time. We will start the book together then read through the book a few chapters at a time meeting once a week to discuss and read. PTO DUES
Please don't forget to pay your PTO Dues on PushCoin. PTO Dues are $25 per FAMILY. These dues help fund so many of the programs that the PTO sponsors throughout the year. Paying your PTO dues also grants you access to DirectorySpot. Thank you for your support!
NO COOK NIGHT
Our first restaurant fundraiser is Tuesday, September 13, from 4pm-8pm at Chipotle at 815 S. Randall Road, Saint Charles. Just mention the fundraiser when ordering or use code JPQQLCT when ordering online. Chipotle will donate a portion of your bill back to Bell Graham. See you there!!
SPIRIT WEAR
Time to order Bell Graham Spirit Wear!! Spirit Wear is only available one time per year. A portion of all sales benefit the PTO. The deadline to order spirit wear is Sept 13th!
SHOUT OUTS Did your kiddo make an awesome play at their baseball game? Did they win an event in gymnastics? Is it their birthday? Do you just want to make a random day special for them?? Then send them a SHOUT OUT!!
For $10 you can have 5 pictures along with a message displayed on the TV screen outside of the LRC for an entire day. After making your purchase in the Square Store, please send an email to Alicia Flint at aliciafulgencioflint@yahoo.com with your pictures, message to be displayed and display date. Pictures MUST be sent 7 days prior to the desired display date or we cannot guarantee your message will be loaded in time.

CHESS CLUB:
Fall chess club signup is here!!! The BG PTO would love for your student(s) to learn how to play chess or challenge their existing skills. No experience is necessary. Fall Chess Club dates are September 23rd to December 2nd, 2022. Classes are on Fridays from 3-4pm (no class on 10/7 and 11/25). We are noticing many students coming to school with phones and SmartWatches. Please be aware of our School Board Policy for phone and Smartwatch usage during school hours:

Phones/Smart Watches
Students are extended the privilege of possessing phones/smartwatches on school grounds;
however, their use is limited to after-school dismissal and non-school days. These devices must be in the off position, or not used once the student arrives on campus until the end of the school day.
How to Report Baker Station Absences
If your child will be absent on a day they would normally attend Baker Station, you need to email your site directly bellgraham@stcparks.org or email Angela Coppola, Baker Station Coordinator at acoppola@stcparks.org , ALL absences must be reported by 12:30pm on the day of your child’s absence. The St. Charles Park District and Baker Station staff does not receive this information from the individual school sites.
