PreK 4 Math News
In PreK 4, our Roadrunners in Ms. Spencer's class are counting fun manipulatives in the shape of bugs to correspond with the number they rolled on the dice. This is an activity you can do at home with your child using any object you have available, such as cereal, legos, or blocks.

Roadrunner Fun Run
We did it! We are profiting $25,000 for flexible seating in common areas and smart TVs for parent communication. Our students had an incredible time at the Roadrunner Fun Run! They worked hard, sweat, smiled, and celebrated our school by uniting together for a common goal. We are truly grateful for our Meadows Elementary families! Thank you for your support these past few weeks. You are rockstars!
Sweatshirt Hoods
We have been doing walk-throughs around campus and have noticed a trend of students putting their sweatshirt hoods on their heads during instruction. Most of the students wearing hoods are distracted from the learning. The school district keeps classes at 74 degrees so classrooms are plenty warm. While students are welcome to wear sweatshirts in class, they will not be allowed to wear them on their heads as learning must be the priority.
