Welcome Chamie Estrada
Please join me in welcoming Chamie Estrada to the Service organization effective Monday, March 9th.
Chamie will be the Call Center Manager overseeing the TeleTech & Tech Mahindra Service centers in Cebu, Philippines. Chamie will be reporting to Jadah Hawkins.
Chamie joins Verizon with almost 10 years of BPO experience in Cebu. Most recently Chamie was the Manager for Business Analytics – Quality, Workforce and Business Intelligence for the Lexmark shared services site in Cebu.
Chamie holds her BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Fullbright College. She also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma, is a COPC CSP Registered Coordinator and also a graduate of COPC’s High Performance Management Techniques program.
We look forward to working with Chamie as she leads the new Cebu Service centers!
