Thank You for all of your help with ACC's!
Thank you to all of our volunteers that spent any part of the day from 6:00am until midnight making buttons, helping with candy grams, distributing food at the concession stand, parking busses, cleaning trash cans, cleaning the bathrooms, etc... Also, thank you to everyone who supported with money and donations for the competition!!! Our organization can't flourish without hard working and dedicated volunteers. Special shout out to Alicia Dietz, our program coordinator, and the entire West Shore Music Booster Executive Board team for their extreme dedication making this event a success.
If you get the opportunity please give a thank you to a volunteer who gave up a Saturday to be out in the cold mist all day. They helped support an event that students from other schools, who work just as hard on their shows, culminate in a fantastic end of their season. We helped make memories for hundreds of other students while helping our own.
Please consider how you can get involved and help the West Shore Marching Band grow and become more efficient. We are always looking for volunteers and suggestions on how to improve.

Important Notes;

- Cedar Cliff has made playoffs - please keep Friday nights open for now
- This Saturday's Competition will likely be a double header: we perform at 2:45pm, and we will likely perform sometime that evening. We will not know what our final performance time and if we have one until after we perform in the afternoon.

Nationals Bus Seats
Want to go to MetLife Stadium for our band's national competition but don't want to drive — then reserve your seat on our buses. We again are selling seats on the 4 chartered buses we have reserved for the trip to MetLife Stadium.
The cost is $60.00 per seat. This does not include the cost of the ticket to enter the stadium. Tickets for stadium entrance are $35. We have 100 tickets for sale starting this week.

Payment must be received by the end of practice on Monday, November 4 (we anticipate practice will be at Cedar Cliff that final week) to either Suzanne Burnheimer, Becky Kramer or Sue Trump. Those not paying by then will have their seat offered in order listed on the alternate list.
Alternates who then make the final seat roster will be notified via email on Tuesday, November 5 so payment can be received by the end of practice on Thursday, November 7.
On Saturday, November 9 – bus assignments will be posted on the outside of the band doors. We can not guarantee that you will be sitting on the same bus as your child.
