EMT AT IT'S FINENESS AT ATHENS DRIVE - REAL LIFE & SKILL EXPERIENCES W/ DR. CREDLE
"It's Emily. I was in your EMT class last year. I just wanted to let you know that I am so thankful for everything you taught us. It has been so helpful in college. This morning I gave CPR to a girl in my dining hall until the paramedics arrived and we were able to get her back. While I may not technically be employed as an EMT while im in school, I still use the skills you taught me! Thank you so much and I'm sure that girl would thank you if she could"!

Hello, HSCA parents!
As we prepare for upcoming events and educational opportunities for our HSA students in 2019-2020, we need to do some fundraising. Since we do not receive funding from the county for events like off-site educational opportunities and the Red Cord Banquet to honor seniors, we depend on friends like you to help the Academy with your donations. We have heard from parents that many prefer to donate money directly vs. purchasing items that might incur additional costs such as shipping or taxes. There are two advantages to that - #1 Donating by clicking a button is quick and easy, and #2 All money goes directly to the Academy. Checks are also welcome and should be made out to AD Health Alliance and sent to ADHS at 1420 Athens Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606. And, of course, any amount donated is tax-deductible. Please use this link to make your donation:https://sites.google.com/wcpss.net/admhs-health-science-alliance/home
We are grateful for any amount you donate and assure you that many good things are in the works that will directly impact your students as they prepare for a career in the health sciences at Athens Drive. Thank you in advance!
Watch for more ways to assist the HSCA:
- Harris Teeter by linking your VIC card
- Amazon Smile
- New links to Venmo or Zelle to maximize our donations
- Please join our Board and Alliance
