How Our Firm Works!

What is a plantiff you ask? A plaintiff is a person who brings a case against another in a court of law. Are you a defendant? Essentially the one getting sued or accused? We will make sure the verdict is on your side and you will the win the case! A mediation is an intervention in a dispute in order to resolve it. Mediation may work so both parties can settle their differences. But before the trial begins, there is a pretrial conference which is a conference held before the trial begins to bring the parties together to outline discovery proceedings and to define the issues being tried. You may also need to plead to the court to make an honest appeal. Arbitration may be used to settle the dispute in court. None of this can happen until the plaintiff provides preponderance of evidence. This simply means that they have to prove that they have evidence that claims arrested in the complaint. They must also issue a summon before you may see a judge or magistrate.
