Meet Our New IH & IB Counselors!

Ms. Temie Lehman: Last Names A-L
Ms. Lehman has family in two states - Texas and Kansas. She moved to Texas to be closer to her mom and her three brothers and their families. Her goal is to be the "cool aunt" to her nieces and nephews! Back in Kansas, she has 3 sons ages 30, 27, and 24. They are the light of her life, and she plans to have them visit Texas often.
She loves to read books of all genres , do crafts, cook for people, and hang out with her family and friends.
She thinks the most exciting thing about working with the IB community is the focus on the whole learner where the student not only learns the curriculum but also develops a care for the world around them and focuses on how to make a positive impact in that world. She is excited to be here at Plano East and looks forward to working with the IB students for many years to come!
You can reach Ms. Lehman at temie.lehman@pisd.edu or 469-725-9017.

Mrs. Emily Hoang: Last Names M-Z
Mrs. Hoang is married with 3 kids aged 19, 16, and 14. Her son attends UT Austin, and she has a junior at East and a freshman at McMillen. For the last twenty years, her family always has at least one relative living with them. It's like a rotating door; some leave, others move in! She is currently getting ready to "inherit" her brother's family of 5 in a week.
Mrs. Hoang loves traveling, especially to beaches and tropical places. However, she goes skiing annually because her husband and kids love it, so she has to sacrifice the beach for the slopes. :)
She is super excited to start this new adventure.
You can reach Mrs. Hoang at emily.hoang@pisd.edu or 469-752-9014.
