- 10 tazas de leche (2 litros)
- 2 1/4 tazas de azucar granulada
- gotas de vainilla
- 2 liters of milk
- 2 1/4 cups of sugar
- 4 drops of vanilla
Boil milk in saucepan then add sugar and vanilla make sure to stir it often to prevent sticking. Once it is thick or sticks to the spoon it is done.
It also helps to stir it so it softens.
Manjar Blanco is from several places around the world including South America and the Philippines. I chose this dish because it reminds me of Carmel.
