We are OPEN and open for LUNCH!

The Media Center is open and welcoming students and teachers!

We have books, computers and programming coming very soon.

Students are asked to have a pass any time they come to the Media Center.

Lunch passes are available in the CAFETERIA to be signed out. Please, make sure to check for passes in the cafeteria before arriving to the Media Center.

Banned Book Week Starts September 27th!

The American Library Association celebrates intellectual freedom and the ability to read what makes one happiest with Banned Books Week from September 27th until October 1st.

Come to the Media Center and investigate some of the books that have been challenged or banned through history. After, take a guess at why the mystery banned book titles were challenged in 2020 for a chance to win a Blake tumbler full of CANDY!

Media Center Mission

The Media Center at Blake High School is here to promote Integrity, inspire Excellence, and foster High Student Achievement.

The Media Center is available for all students and teachers to provide resources and collaboration to assist in high standards.
