The corporate world is a stressful place. Meetings, deadlines, and office politics create the perfect storm for an eventual emotional meltdown. When emotions run amok, productivity is diminished which in turn increases stress again. It becomes a veritable endless cycle.


Mindful doodling can end that cycle. This technique helps control emotions without detracting from being productive and meeting deadlines.


This course will teach you not only HOW to mindfully doodle, but why it works, and when to implement it!


Mindful doodling can:

This class is designed for executives in the corporate environment to help them manage stress in a healthy, creative way. Class attendees are those in leadership roles who are expected to make effective and fast decisions on a daily basis. Attendees do not typically have the time in their days to focus on themselves. The techniques in this course will take minimal time to learn and implement on a daily basis, yet create a lasting path to stress management.

Where: Conference Room A.


The course will be limited to 10 attendees at a time to allow for small group and one-on-one instruction.
