To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will get exercise and eat wisely. Each day I will find some way to get active. Whether it will be going for a run or just shooting hoops in the driveway. To eat wisely, I will pack a health lunch for school each day. I will limit myself to only consume some foods on the weekends such as soda or dessert. To have a better health I will find ways to cope with my stress and anxiety. I will believe that I deserve to be healthy, and I will think happy and positive thoughts about myself and health. I will also not expect to get sick after being around sick people. Each morning I will wake up with the confidence that my body can do more than just "struggle though"


I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by not looking at it negatively. Pain can be a positive thing, and I will try to find a positive thing in every painful experience. I will start to view pain as a positive thing as opposed to a negative thing. What I will gain form "pain" is I will learn to adjust so life is less painful and I will be a happier person. It will help me change my approach on somethings, or how I see things.

I want to be successful in life. I want to go to a good college, and play a college sport. After I finish college I want to get a good job. So, I need to surround myself with people that push themselves to be the best they can be. They need to be a good student that understands the importance of education, and they also need to be a good athlete that push themselves to do better each time. To accomplish what I want in life I need to surround myself with people that share the similar goals and dreams, and have the ambition to accomplish them.
