Message from the Principal
Hello Yellowjackets!
Please read through this newsletter as it contains a lot of important information for both our on-campus and CFISD Connect students. We are here to help! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question or concern.
Best regards,
Laura Barrett, Principal
Change to Learning Option
The window to change your child's learning option is open from September 28th and will close on October 4th. You will make those changes in the Home Access Center. An an email was sent on Monday 9/28 with directions on that process. If you are choosing a different learning option for your child, that will begin next marking period which starts on Nov. 9th for elementary. We will not be making changes prior to that date. If you are not making changes to your child's learning options, you will not need to do anything.
After the window closes for the second marking period changes, the next opportunity to make changes will be the third marking period which begins on Feb. 1, 2021.
It is very imporatant that if you are changing from CFISDConnect to on-campus for the next marking period, that you complete the questionnaire during the window so that we can plan accordingly, adjust our safety protocols, order desk shields and rearrange our cafeteria seating if necessary.
Sunday, October 4 is the last day to make changes in learning options. After that date, we will not be able to accommodate requests for any changes until the end of the semester.
Thank you!
