Stars and Wish
- Grade level team meeting were insightful and the teams were all so engaging! Thank you for learning and growing in your profession.
- Amidst the chaos of the season the classrooms are calm and routines well established. During each grade level team meeting it was noted how well the routines and procedures are taught and kids knew what to do!
- Every grade level team meeting made mention on how they enjoyed seeing the classrooms and learning new ideas from their colleagues. Many even asked to visit during different times of the day. A growth mindset was evident during every grade team meeting last week!
- IReady growth goals reviewed prior to testing and quiet and focused testing times - it will be exciting to see the growth.
Wish:
- Keeping the engagement of learning high as we enjoy the festive time of year - delicate balance:)
December 20 PL/PW Day
Feel free to come in early to get your work hours completed.
8:30-9:30 Professional Learning Time
If you and your team want to save time on December 20 you can work on your mid-year reflections to turn in. 3.1,5.1, and 9.2 are the building goals and you individually or as a team will need to send me an email with how you are working and addressing your growth on these goals. This will be due before leaving on December 20 - so you can plan on doing it that day as well.
Rest of the day is for professional work time.

ELL - Must Do
ELL Feedback Survey
From Jeremy Boreland: An email from the Ellevation program asking teachers to complete monitoring forms is scheduled to go out on December the 16th (approximately three weeks prior to the form’s due date). If you could please ask teachers to submit these forms, this will help us continue to meet our legal obligation to monitor the academic progress of students who have exited the ELL program and provide us with invaluable feedback regarding students who are currently designated as English learners.
