Underclass Final Exam Schedule

2022-2023 Underclassman Final Exam Information

  • Any student who is absent from a final exam, for any reason, must make arrangements to make up the exam (after the initial exam) within two weeks.

  • Finals will not be administered prior to the scheduled dates.

  • Educational trips will not be approved during final exams.


All A.M. Vo-Tech students who arrive on the bus in the morning should report to the CAFETERIA upon arrival and remain in the CAFETERIA for study hall during the first exam (7:50 - 9:43) on June 7th, 8th and 9th.


The last day for Vo-Tech students is June 6th.


On June 7th, 8th and 9th, students should report directly to their final exam classroom at 7:50.

PV Soccer Youth Clinic

The Varsity Boys Soccer team and coaching staff will be holding a youth clinic open to all players from grades K-8 on Sunday, June 4th, from 8-11 at Thomas J Keenan Stadium. All participants will receive a t-shirt and admission to the PV-Spring Ford match on October 12, 2023.

Yearbook Distribution Dates

Seniors: June 8 at 10:30 in the competition gym after the Senior Walk and before the Senior Picnic

Underclassmen: June 5 during lunches

All students who ordered yearbooks will be given a confirmation ticket in English class the week of May 29. Students must sign and return this ticket to receive their yearbooks. Yearbooks will be available for cash sales at these times as well.

HS Educational Trip Form

Please submit this to the main office five (5) days prior to the anticipated trip. Once Mrs. Berry, attendance secretary, fills out the attendance information it will be given to a principal for approval.

Information for the Class of 2023

Debt List

Seniors should check the "Fees" section of Parent/StudentVue to make sure there are no outstanding fees. Seniors who owe fees will not receive their cap and gown until all debts have been satisfied. This includes turning in the chromebook and charger. The Viking Genius Bar will be accepting chromebooks and chargers on June 2 and June 5 from 9am-11am and from noon-3pm.


If you have questions about the debt list please contact Mrs. McCloskey in the main office or the teacher listed in the Fee area of ParentVue.

Flowers for Graduation

Celebrate your graduate with flowers from Perkiomen Valley School District Foundation. These flowers will be waiting for you as you enter Thomas J Keenan Stadium so you don’t need to remember them on your way our the door. Bouquets are $25 per and can be purchased here. Questions? Senior Exams June 1-June 6

Senior Final Exams will take place Thursday June 1, Friday, June 2, , Monday, June 5, Tuesday June 6, 2023 for those seniors who are not on career study and do not have an A average for the year in a course. Seniors should speak to their teachers to confirm their need to take the final exam.


Please see the following information below regarding the exams.

  • Exams will take place in the auxiliary gym.

  • Seniors are to enter and leave school through the gym lobby

  • Seniors will be given assigned seats when they enter the gym, based on teacher and course.

  • Seniors must arrive no later than 7:55 for the first test each day, and 9:45 for the second test each day. If a student is not present when the exam begins, they must reschedule.

  • All textbooks should already be handed in

  • If a student is removed from the testing area for inappropriate conduct, they are risking participation in graduation exercises

  • Seniors who finish an exam early may turn the exam into the proctor. Seniors may then go home, or wait in the gym lobby for the next test to begin

  • There are 15 minute breaks scheduled between exams. Seniors are not permitted to go elsewhere in the building for any reason.
