School Visitors & Appointments
School Visits/Appointments - We value connecting and communicating with our caregivers and community. In order to serve a large number of students and caregivers, we have protocols in place to ensure proper channels and services. Please see the protocols that are in place for the school year below:
- Caregivers must have a scheduled appointment to enter the building. This is to ensure that we are able to service your needs, as we have many situations that we work through on a daily basis. We ask that if you have a desire to meet with a staff member to communicate with them and set-up a meeting.
- If determined by the staff member, meetings may take place over Zoom, due to our desire to maintain safety protocols.
- If a caregiver is bringing items up to the building, our SafeEd staff will collect and hold on to those items and we will inform your student of when they can come and pick the materials up (this does exclude outside commercial food).
