The Weekly Hoot
January 21 - January 26, 2020
Greetings All -
Woohoo!!! It's Friday and a 3 day weekend! I don't have any plans this weekend and that is soooo nice! I don't know if you all know it or not, but my husband is a social butterfly and keeps us going all the time on the weekends, so to not have any plans is rare and I plan on taking full advantage of it! Can you say Netflix???
I really enjoyed coming into CLC with all of you homeroom teachers this past Wednesday. I feel like we are about to all dive in and learn so much about our Tier 2 kiddos and that makes me happy. I look forward to being on this adventure with you. I know Connie is always available, but if you ever want to run something by me as well, please feel free. I love to talk "instruction!"
I was typing up the announcements a few minutes ago, and couldn't believe my eyes when I realized we were in the 90's days of school! The 100th Day of School is Tuesday, January 28th. If you want to let your parents know this coming week if students may dress up and such, please do so.
This coming Friday, January 24, is Go-Texan Day here at school! Please let parents know to dress up their kiddos in western attire and all of you teachers better be ready for some great bowls of chili on Friday at lunch!!
Let's have a great week and weekend! It's supposed to get cold over the weekend and next week! Yay! January weather finally!!! I can't wait for some fireplace fires again!
Love to all,
Marcy
