Introduction
What is stress?
Stress is that feeling when you can't deal with a situation. For example, homework may be very stressful when there is a lot of it because you don't understand it or because it is just hard to do.But homework is only the beginning. You know that feeling when you are happy then your sad and then all of a sudden crying? Well that has a little to deal with stress also.
How can people get help
A lot of people have no idea how to get help so they think that if they leave it alone then it will get better, But it doesn't. A lot of people waste a lot of money to talk to a counselor, but there is a lot of ways to heal stress for free. Laughing, just by laughing it heals stress so take a time and just laugh. If you are the writing type then you can also write in a diary about what or why you think that you are stressed. Some people feel a lot better by getting their thoughts written down on paper. If those don't work then try talking to yourself positive every morning when you wake up by saying things like “I think I can I think I can.”
How does stress affect out bodies during stress?
Stress can harm your body in a lot of ways. It can make your brain smaller if you have a lot of stress. But that is only the beginning of that. Your pupil becomes smaller, and your heart rate becomes really fast. There are a lot of things that happen but a lot of people don't know how to deal with them.
