All About the Soprano Recorder
Teach what you know, learn what you don't.
Develop an understanding of how to play the soprano recorder. We will demonstrate our knowledge by creating and sharing a video lesson about what we know, our experiences, and our findings. First, we will choose a subtopic, discuss and research with your group, create an EduCreations video, and develop an explanation that supports your subtopics. This project will take about 3-4 weeks to complete.
*Each of you will have an important role/part in this project
*Each student must choose a subtopic
*You can use resources (anchor charts, Musician's Notebook, dictionaries, kidrex.org, prior knowledge)
*Information must flow
*Information must make sense
You will choose one subtopic.
Here are some examples OR you may choose your own:
*How to place the recorder in your mouth
*How to Breath
*Causes for squeaks
*How to fix the squeaks
*How to read the treble clef notes
