Vaccination Clinic Opportunity Tomorrow

NEW INFORMATION: Hamilton County Public Health (HCPH) will return on June 4 to Sycamore High School for a second vaccination clinic. This clinic is available to any Sycamore families who choose to have their students ages 12-18 vaccinated. Those students and staff who received their first dose on May 14 will receive their second dose. Students and staff who wish to receive their first dose are also welcome to attend the clinic on June 4.

The HCPH clinic will run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. inside the Sycamore High School main gym. No appointments will be necessary for either dose. HCPH has assured us they have plenty of vaccines available.

If your student ages 12-17 is receiving their second dose on June 4, it will not be necessary to fill out another parental consent form. However, students ages 12-17 who are coming to receive their first dose will need to bring a signed parental consent form with them. See the attached form below.

If your student is receiving their first dose, HCPH will provide information on how to receive the second dose.

Please park on the bus ramp and enter the building through the Athletic Entrance. The area is circled in blue on the map. The main entrance will be locked. In accordance with our continued Healthy Aves protocols, masks will be required for all visitors.

Additional Vaccine Opportunities June 17 & July 8

HCPH will provide two additional opportunities for students ages 12-18. Families who are interested should plan on attending these mobile clinics at Sycamore Junior High School:

  • June 17, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

  • July 8, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

No appointment will be necessary, but a parental consent form will be needed for students ages 12-17. See the attached form above. The clinic will be set up in the parking lot just outside the junior high cafeteria.
