Weekly Update
Flambeau Junior High
From the Principal's Office
This week, 9th - 11th graders were given the necessary materials for registration and scheduling for next year. I shared with them the rationale for the changing the schedule, explained how the new schedule will work, and shared the many new courses that will be available to them. Over the next couple of weeks, please carefully consider all of the course options with your student. Review the Career Pathways in the front of the registration book; they will provide valuable insight into what courses students should take given their post secondary ambitions. Registration sheets are due on February 18. Please turn them in to advisors, who will sign off and get them to the office.
Weekly Attendance Update
One of our goals this year for the Junior High and High School is to increase our attendance. Each week, we’ll take a look at our attendance data. Remember, research has proven that regular attendance at school is directly related to achievement!
