Principal's Message
December 18, 2020
Hello Willink Families,
It was great to see holiday spirit this week (As well as some Bills enthusiasm for an AFC East title - Mr. Simoni, our green house assistant principal, clearly has both going on!)
If you have time this week, please read on for information on our Washington D.C. Trip: can collection fund raiser (open to everyone!), upcoming course selection information for our 8th graders, and some images and videos of what our students have been up to this week including winter concerts and our remote learners' baking skills!
Please also read and share information below about 2 Meal Pickup Opportunities. All Webster CSD families can register for a meal pack on Tuesday 12/22 and Tuesday 12/29. Please see the details below. Registration is required.
Willink Titans also shared holiday cards that made it to our soldiers in Kuwait and have published our first Willink Times of the school year. This student newspaper features articles chosen, researched, and written by our Willink students.
As always, stay healthy and take care!
-Brian.

Winter Concerts!
We are awaiting copyright permission for the following recordings. They can be viewed by students through their WCSD accounts by going to their Chorus Classroom Pages
Whistle a Happy Tune 7th Grade Girls Chorus
Students in 7th grade Remote FACS class have been learning about baking bread from scratch. At home the students will make homemade bread for their families. In addition to making bread, the recipe can also make rolls, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls. The King Arthur Company has a great instructional video and booklet geared towards students here. It is a great way to get your students involved and learning skills in the kitchen.
