Yummy Cupcakes!

Ingredients for cupcakes:

-flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, milk, water, vanilla(any added ingredients optional)

(Egg whites optional, makes it fluffy)

Tools for cupcakes:

-medium sized mixing bowl

-whisk or electric mixer

-cupcake pan

-cupcake liners

measurements:

  • 4 egg whites or 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/3 milk
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • my sidekick for making cupcakes (she's in charge of the delicous frosting)

    directions:

    1. preheat oven to 375f or 150c; line muffin cups with cupcake liners.
    2. cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. beat in eggs one at a time.
    3. add flour (mixed with baking soda) alternating with milk beat well; stir in vanilla.
    4. divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool in pans.
