Yummy Cupcakes!

Ingredients for cupcakes:
-flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, milk, water, vanilla(any added ingredients optional)
(Egg whites optional, makes it fluffy)
Tools for cupcakes:
-medium sized mixing bowl
-whisk or electric mixer
-cupcake pan
-cupcake liners
measurements:
my sidekick for making cupcakes (she's in charge of the delicous frosting)
directions:
- preheat oven to 375f or 150c; line muffin cups with cupcake liners.
- cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. beat in eggs one at a time.
- add flour (mixed with baking soda) alternating with milk beat well; stir in vanilla.
- divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool in pans.
