Hard Work and Effort!
Continuous effort, not strength or intelligence is the key to unlocking our potential.
-Winston Churchill
This week we have discussed effort and hard work in depth! Some of our work has been lacking in effort and we are turning in projects with spelling errors, capitalization errors, and with the bare minimum to get by. After grading a few projects this week, I have come back to the class with some strong examples and pointed out the difference between strong effort and weak effort. I have then given the students a chance to fix their projects so that they reflect strong effort. We have discussed the importance of showing MOSAIC quality work on a daily basis. Please encourage your child in this area and help support them. Thanks for your constant support!
