Connecting with the Counselor
This week, students learned about what the counselor does and does not do. We read a book together called "Mrs. Joyce Gives the Best High Fives," and then we created a project where students sorted and glued tasks that Mrs. Schrader does and does not do.
Things to ask your student...
1. What are some things that Mrs. Schrader DOES do?
2. What are some things that Mrs. Schrader does NOT do?
6th, 7th, 8th Grade
Students reviewed our Expectations Matrix by creating a PSA Commercial in a small group. Students who follow the expectations of the matrix have the opportunity to earn PBIS points that they can use to buy fun things.
Things to ask your student...
1. What location and expectation did they create their commercial for?
2. How many PBIS points do they currently have?
