Update: Plants have been planted and others are growing okra and squash seeds at home. When the back part of the garden dries, we plan to plant more! Take a look at the garden schematic (Courtesy of Audrey) below:

Borage Plant
"I planted a small borage plant (pic below) near the fence just past the tomato plants. It might look like a weed but don't pull it up. It grows quite large and has pretty, tiny blue flowers. It will reseed itself and lasts through the winter. Borage is attractive to pollinators (bees). I thought it would work well near the tomatoes."

Recipe: Asparagus with Mustard Sauce
Asparagus with Mustard Sauce

1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1 ½ tablespoon margarine or butter
Salt and Pepper
________________________________________
Mustard Sauce
½ cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of crushed red pepper.
________________________________________
Wrap asparagus and butter in foil. Grill 7 to 9 minutes or bake 14 to 16 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Mustard Sauce -->
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until warm. Serve over asparagus.
