WEB LEADERS NEEDED!
Attention 7th Graders!
What is WEB? WEB stands for "Where Everybody Belongs". In this program, soon to be 8th graders are trained to be mentors for incoming 6th and 7th graders. As positive role models, WEB Leaders are student leaders who guide the 6th/7th graders to discover what it takes to be successful during middle school. Do you think you have what it takes to be a WEB Leader? Do you think you would like to mentor other students at Wilson? If that is something you might be interested in or if you have any questions about WEB, please contact Ms. Fink at sfink@gusd.net.Students: You can nominate someone who has made a difference in your life and supported you at Wilson Middle School. These individuals have made a positive change with their generosity and support. The PTSA would like to highlight these special individuals through PTSA's Honorary Service Award.
Do you know someone who has done so much for our Wilson community? Consider nominating a staff member, parent, student, or community member to recognize their great work. Please complete the attached nomination form and email it to Verzine Hovsepyan, PTSA with your nominations - verzine.hovasapyan@gmail.com no later than February 5th. You can also email your nominations to Dr. Kassabian at nkassabian@gusd.net
The PTSA nominating committee will review all nominations and winners will be announced at the virtual Founder's Day celebration on Tuesday, February 23rd.
