An a-fair to remember at the Douglas County Fair
Our booth at the Douglas County Fair was quite the experience. We had help from many of our partners, met a lot of people. We gave away about 800 composition and notebooks, 320 children's books to kids 5 and we're giving away 22 prizes from our drawing. It was a great experience and it gave us some ideas for the future.

Yesterday, DCPSS Director Gwen Soderberg-Chase delivered the request for funding to continue the work DCPSS (our county's Regional Achievement Collaborative) and Umpqua Valley STEAM Hub are doing for local youth.
