FUSS-FREE FUNDRAISER
The votes are in! Here’s your
FUSS-FREE FUNDRAISER
This HES PTO fundraiser is in lieu of asking students/parents to sell door-to-door, collect money, volunteer, or deliver goods. The results of our online poll overwhelmingly favored a no-hassle Spring fundraiser. The best part is that 100% of the proceeds will benefit Hamilton Elementary students and faculty!
Thank you, in advance, for your support!
_____ $15 I do not want to bake, so here is the money I would have spent on those cupcakes.
_____ $25 I do not want to ask friends or family, so here is the money I would have spent buying candy or sponsoring my child’s “fun” run.
_____ $50 I do not want to walk, swim, or run in any activity that contains the ending “thon.” Here is the money I would have spent on my child’s “free” t-shirt.
_____ $75 I do not want to attend any fancy balls, so here is the money I would have spent on a new outfit.
_____ $100 I’m already the chauffeur, chef, housekeeper, personal shopper and ATM for my family…here’s a donation for you, too!
$ _____ I am making this donation to express my appreciation for having nothing to buy, sell, or do except fill out this form.
Fundraising for:
- Digital Marquee Sign
- Water Bottle Filling Stations
- Field Trips
- Technology
- 5th Grade Day
**Please submit donations by Friday, March 6th.
- Checks should be made payable to HES PTO.
- Online donations can be made at https://hamiltonelementarypto.membershiptoolkit.com/open_forms. Households with multiple students at HES should divide their donations before submitting.
Prizes awarded based on individual fundraising.**

Questions on Student Lunch Accounts or Cafeteria Items?
If you are wanting to purchase cookies for the class to celebrate your child's birthday, please contact Ms. Jae at least two weeks in advance.
Lending-to-Learn Program
Your child has the option to check out a Chromebook and Kajeet wifi hotspot for home use. The Kajeet device provides filtered wifi blocking social media and YouTube. In order to participate in the Lending to Learn program, parents must first sign the agreement form which will be kept on file in the library for the entire year. Then each day a student wants to take home a laptop and hotspot, a slip must be turned in that morning to the library. At dismissal, students stop by the library to pick up the assigned devices and place inside their backpacks. Devices are to be returned the next morning by 9:00 a.m.. If you have any questions about the Lending to Learn program, please contact our librarian at jennifer.lucas@cfisd.net.
