NHJ e-Library
a weekly newsletter
Hello from afar!
This week's newsletter features how to vote for your favorite Sunshine State Young Readers' Award book, information about the next Zoom Storytime (& a form to request a different time/grade level), and great resources from the Marion County Public Library.
SSYRA Voting
Sunshine State Young Readers' Award voting will be ONLINE this year! You are eligible to vote if you have read 3 or more of the SSYRA books. (All of K & 1 should be eligible due to library read-alouds, but they might need a little help from an adult.) Voting will be open until next Wednesday April 22nd. I will announce our school winners on Friday April 24th, and the state winners will be announced on Friday May 1st.

They also are holding virtual story times on their Facebook page! Marion County Public Library Facebook. Two other great local story times are from the Marion County Literacy Council and the Friends of the Ocala Library (where you can see our very own Mrs. Dunn read from James and the Giant Peach).
